Ordered the hot pink flower vase & they were out of hot pink Rose & had to substitute a red one with the hot pink carnations

We are sorry that we had to substitute the red rose for the Hot Pink rose. We don't always have that color in stock. You placed the order right at our cutoff time for same-day delivery. We offered to try and get the hot pink rose for the next day, but you had to have it the same day.
